Carrefour: Additional Resources Allocated to the Liquidity Agreement

Additional resources in the amount of 50,000,000 euros have been allocated to the liquidity agreement assigned by Carrefour (Paris:CA) to Oddo Corporate Finance, as of September 5th 2014.

It is reminded that the following resources were allocated to the liquidity account as of June 30^th, 2014:

• 757,567 shares;
• 29,826,366.33 euros.

It is reminded that the following resources were allocated to the liquidity account when it was established:

• 0 shares;
• 50,000,000 euros.
