CBRE Group Q3 Profit Surges; Backs FY13 Adj. EPS Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - CBRE Group Inc. (CBG) Thursday reported third-quarter net income attributable to the company of $94.4 million, or $0.28 per share, compared to $39.7 million or $0.12 per share in the comparable quarter last year.

Adjusted net income for the latest third quarter improved to $99.7 million, or $0.30 per share from $83.6 million, or $0.26 per share in the prior year quarter. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated earnings of $0.34 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues for the quarter grew to $1.73 billion from $1.56 billion last year, while five analysts estimated revenues of $1.72 billion for the quarter.

The company continues to expect adjusted earnings of $1.40 to $1.45 per share for the full year 2013. Analysts currently estimate earnings of $1.43 per share for the year.
