CF Industries Boosts Quarterly Cash Dividend

(RTTNews) - CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (CF) reported that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend from $0.40 per share to $1.00 per share, and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.00 per common share payable on November 29, 2013 to shareholders of record as of November 15, 2013.
