Ciena Stock Falls 11% Despite Strong Q3 Earnings

Adjusted net income rose to $307.67 million, or $2.11 per share, from $96.24 million, or $0.67 per share. Revenue increased to $1.67 billion from $1.22 billion, while adjusted EBITDA climbed to $411.05 million from $157.96 million.

For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, Ciena expects revenue of approximately $1.75 billion, plus or minus $50 million.
