(NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) today informs its stockholders it filed its Second Amended Articles of Incorporation (the "Second Amendment") has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC”) on Form 8-K on July 15, 2010. The Second Amendment was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Ohio to consolidate all amendments previously on file inclusive of the Amended Articles of Incorporation (filed January 20, 2004) through Amendment No. 5 of the Articles of Incorporation (filed on July 31, 2009). The Company’s Board of Directors approved the Amendment on July 13, 2010.
