Comdata(R) Announces New MasterCard Customer

Comdata(R) Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary ofCeridian Corporation (NYSE: CEN), announced today Airgas, Inc. (NYSE:ARG), is integrating the Comdata MasterCard fuel program for all fuelpurchases for Airgas vehicles across the United States.

Airgas, Inc., the largest U.S. distributor of industrial, medical,and specialty gases and related hardgoods, will use the Comdata fuelcard to track and manage all its vehicle-related fuel, maintenance andrepair expenses for its fleet of more than 3,200 trucks.

"This fuel card program will help aggregate and managetransportation costs for all the vehicles operated by our businessesthroughout the nation," said Mike Rohde, senior vice president ofDistribution Operations for Airgas, Inc. The new Comdata fuel cardfeature offers Airgas a full range of supply chain managementsolutions, the convenience of MasterCard acceptance, real-timepurchase controls, and enhanced reporting designed to lower cost,improve efficiency, and drive incremental margin improvement.
