Company Announcement No. 125, 2014 – Expected Amounts of Nordea Kredit Covered Bonds to Be Sold During the Remainder of 2014

Nordea Kredit (CSE:NDAR) expects to issue the following bonds up to year end 2014:

The final amounts will be published in the morning of December 23rd at the latest. If the estimated amounts change significantly from the amounts mentioned above, Nordea Kredit will publish a new estimate.

The bonds will be sold over the coming days with the majority being sold on December 23rd.

Nordea Group Treasury will in connection with the sale of the new bonds offer the investors the opportunity to sell bonds issued by Nordea Kredit either maturing or drawn value January 2nd 2015. Due to administrative constraints the minimum amount is set at DKK 5m per ISIN.
