Company announcement No. 128, 2014 – Update of Expected Amounts of Nordea Kredit Covered Bonds to Be Sold During the Remainder of 2014

As a follow up to the company announcement no. 125 published on December 12th, Nordea Kredit now expects to issue the following bonds up to year-end 2014:

| LU1110205314 | Euribor3 2019 | Ca. 450 - 500m EUR |
Nordea Kredit expects the majority of the bonds to be offered to the market on December 23rd 2014.
Nordea Kredit is not obliged to sell the full amounts announced.
