Construction contract (Liimi 1B accommodation establishment)

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Liimi 1b Holding OÜ for the design and construction of a 8-storey accommodation establishment in Liimi 1B, Tallinn. The building will have 5,088 m² of net space.

The value of the contract is 4.5 million euros plus value added tax. The construction works will be completed in July 2019.
