Mr. Dodds is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officerof the Charles Schwab Corporation headquartered in San Francisco,California. He joined Charles Schwab in 1986 and has held a variety offinancial positions in treasury, financial planning and analysis andcorporate development.
