Delta Financial Corporation to Post Investment Presentation to Its Website

Delta Financial Corporation (Amex: DFC) today announcedthat its presentation for the Friedman Billings Ramsey 2005 InvestorConference will be posted to the Investor Presentations section of theInvestor Relations portion of Delta's website atwww.deltafinancial.com by tomorrow morning.

As previously announced, Hugh Miller, president and chiefexecutive officer, and Richard Blass, executive vice president andchief financial officer, will address participants at the FriedmanBillings Ramsey 2005 Investor Conference at the Grand Hyatt New York,on Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at 2:45 PM EST.

All interested parties are invited to listen to the live webcastbeginning at 2:45 PM EST in the Events section of the InvestorRelations portion of Delta's website at www.deltafinancial.com. Areplay of the webcast will be available on Delta's website beginningapproximately one hour following the live presentation, and will beavailable for two weeks after the conference's conclusion.
