Paschalis Choulidis today informed the Supervisory Board that he resigns for private reasons as member and chair of Drillisch AG's Management Board with effect of 30 June 2016. As from 1 July 2016 Vlasios Choulidis will assume the chair. Paschalis Choulidis offered to serve as member of the Supervisory Board in future. The Supervisory Board explicitly appreciates the offer of Paschalis Choulids to assume a Supervisory Board position.
