GRENKELEASING AG intends scrip dividend

Baden-Baden, February 4, 2016

The supervisory board of GRENKELEASING AG resolved today to approve the proposal of the management board to provide the ordinary shareholders' meeting of GRENKELEASING AG, which will take place on May 3, 2016, with the proposal to pay a dividend of EUR 1.50 per ordinary share for the business year 2015 payable on May 30, 2016. As already in 2014, the shareholders shall again have the right to receive the dividend according to their election either solely in cash or partially in cash and partially in shares of GRENKELEASING AG, which will be issued close to the market price ("Scrip Dividend"). The existing authorized capital shall be utilized after the ordinary shareholders' meeting of GRENKELEASING AG scheduled for May 3, 2016, to issue the new shares of GRENKELEASING AG required for the Scrip Dividend. The management and supervisory board shall resolve on that date on a capital increase against contribution in kind with subscription rights of the shareholders. These resolutions will be further substantiated by additional resolutions of the management and supervisory board to be resolved upon in the course of the Scrip Dividend.
