alstria signs a new lease for 1,600 square meters of office space in Hamburg

Hamburg, April 24, 2019 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Hamburg.

alstria has signed a new lease agreement for its property in Süderstr. 24 (Hamburg). The new tenant will lease up approximately 1,600 square meters of office and ancillary space for a lease term of 10 years, starting October 1, 2019. Quality improvement measures in the building will allow alstria to increase the annual rental income by 35% to around EUR 294,000. With the signature of this new lease, the building is fully let.

The leasing contract was brokered by Savills, Hamburg.
