Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG acquires property in Bad Waldsee

Rostock, November 5, 2018 - Deutsche Industrie REIT AG (ISIN DE000A2G9LL1) has acquired a logistics property in Bad Waldsee (Baden-Württemberg).

The mid-size town in the Bodensee-Oberschwaben region in the Ravensburg district is well-known for the companies Hymer and the mail-order company Walz. This company headquarters, with its affiliated logistics and shipping buildings, is connected to the A96 and A7 by the B30 and B465 federal roads. The property has a rental space of 46,349 sqm and generates an annualised rent of 2,559 kEUR. The property is almost completely used by one tenant and sublet to a small extent. The main rental agreement runs until 31/12/2028. Confidentiality has been agreed on the purchase price.
