Amendment to Notice on Convening the 2019 Annual General Meeting on 18 June 2019

Qingdao / Shanghai / Frankfurt, April 30, 2019 - Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. (D-Share ISIN CNE1000031C, A-Share ISIN CNE000000CG9, "Qingdao Haier" or the "Company") published the notice on convening the 2019 Annual General Meeting in accordance with applicable trading rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and applicable PRC laws. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 18 June 2019 in Qingdao, China, all A shareholders and D shareholders are entitled for attendance and voting.

Further details will be found on the Company's website http://www.haier.net/en/investor_relations/haier/gsgg/.

An invitation letter for D shareholders will be later published and dispatched separately.

This release is an amendment to the "Notice on Convening the 2018 Annual General Meeting in 2019" published on 30 April 2019.
