Thomas Dressendörfer appointed new Chief Financial Officer of TOM TAILOR Holding AG

Hamburg, 12 April 2016: The Supervisory Board of TOM TAILOR Holding AG has appointed Thomas Dressendörfer (58) to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective 1 July 2016. In this role he will head the departments of finance and accounting, controlling, investor relations, human resources and legal affairs. He succeeds Dr Axel Rebien who is leaving the Company by mutual consent effective as of 30 June 2016. Dr Rebien has been Chief Financial Officer of TOM TAILOR Holding AG since 2005.

Thomas Dressendörfer has gathered extensive experience as the Chief Financial Officer of listed companies and major corporate divisions and regions. He previously held CFO positions at Swiss implant manufacturer Straumann and technology firm Uster Technologies, also based in Switzerland. Both companies are listed on the Swiss stock exchange SIX. During the course of his career he has also held senior finance positions at Randstad, The Nielsen Company and Procter & Gamble. As an independent consultant he recently advised companies on complex business projects and restructurings. Thomas Dressendörfer is a German citizen with degrees in business administration and economics from the University Erlangen-Nuremberg.
