Pursuant to § 93 (2) Austrian Stock Exchange Act, DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft hereby announces, due to a notification received on 5 February 2016 from Carmignac Gestion, as follows:

Carmignac Gestion with address 24 Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, France, has indirectly fallen under the 5% threshold in DO % CO Aktiengesellschaft on 29 January 2016 through the following UCITS funds:

- Carmignac Portfolio Grande Europe: 0.48%, - Carmignac Euro Entrepreneurs: 3.30%, - UFF Grande Europe: 0.40% and - Carmignac Portfolio Euro-Entrepreneurs: 0.46%.

Since then Carmignac Gestion holds indirectly 452,519 voting rights (previous: 542,000) in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft. This corresponds to 4.64% (previous: 5.60%) of the voting rights in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft. The UCITS funds hold the shares but the voting rights are delegated to the management company Carmignac Gestion.
