Pursuant to § 93 (2) Austrian Stock Exchange Act, DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft hereby announces, due to a notification received on 8 March 2016 from Carmignac Gestion, as follows:

Carmignac Gestion with address 24 Place Vendome, 75001 Paris, France, has indirectly fallen under the 4% threshold in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft on 4 March 2016 through the following UCITS funds:

- Carmignac Portfolio Grande Europe: 0.17%, - Carmignac Euro Entrepreneurs: 3.05%, - Grande Europe 0 - 100 M: 0.15% and - Carmignac Portfolio Euro-Entrepreneurs: 0.43%.

Since then Carmignac Gestion holds indirectly 369,599 voting rights (previous: 452,519) in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft. This corresponds to 3.79% (previous: 4.64%) of the voting rights in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft. The UCITS funds hold the shares but the voting rights are delegated to the management company Carmignac Gestion.
