TOM TAILOR Holding AG was informed on March 3rd, 2016 for and on behalf of Mr. Guo Guangchang, Hongkong, China pursuant to Sec. 27a of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz)that:

1. On February 5, 2016, Mr. Guo Guangchang notified pursuant to Sec. 21, 22, 24 German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) by way of a group notification including himself, Fosun International Holdings Ltd., Fosun Holdings Limited, Fosun International Limited, Fosun Financial Holdings Limited, Millenium Gain Limited, Longrun Portual, SGPA, S.A., Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A. and FCM Beteiligungs GmbH (together, 'Fosun') that the threshold of 25% in voting rights of TOM TAILOR Holding AG was exceeded by Mr. Guo Guangchang, Fosun International Holdings Ltd., Fosun Holdings Limited and Fosun International Limited and amounted to 29.47% (7,669,271 voting rights) as of February 4, 2016. 2. Fosun considers its shareholding to be a mid- to long-term investment that does not serve for the realization of trading profits. 3. Fosun may purchase or otherwise acquire additional shares within the next twelve months depending on the share price and the business development of TOM TAILOR Holding AG. 4. Fosun does not intend to change the composition of the management board and the supervisory board. 5. Fosun does not intend to materially change the capital structure of TOM TAILOR Holding AG, especially with regard to the ratio between internal and external financing, or the dividend policy. 6. The acquisition of voting rights was financed by the use of own funds.
