In accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act it is announced that Svenska litteratursällskapet i Finland rf’s voting rights at Aktia Bank Plc (business code: 2181702-8) has increased above 5 % on 12.4.2018, after the combination of Aktia Bank Plc:s classes of shares A (ISIN-code FI4000058870)  and R (ISIN-code FI4000058888), the amended articles of association and the new shares that were issued through aimed payment-free issue was registered in the Trade Register.

Svenska litteratursällskapet i Finland rf holds 5 748 141 shares in Aktia Bank Plc and 5 748 141 voting rights. The shareholder holds 8,34 % of Aktia Bank Plc's share capital and 8,34 % of voting rights.

Aktia Bank Plc:s share capital comprises 68 962 662 shares. Every share in Aktia entitles the holder to one (1) vote.

The total number of votes in Aktia Bank Plc is 68 962 662.
