EasyLink Director and Officer Steps Down

    PISCATAWAY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2005--EasyLink Services Corporation (NASDAQ: EASY), a leading global provider of services that power the exchange of information between enterprises and their customers, today announced that George Abi Zeid will resign as an officer and director of EasyLink, effective February 4, 2005. Mr. Abi Zeid serves as the Executive Vice President and President - International Division of the Company.
