Edible Garden Names Jon Gutoski CFO

(RTTNews) - Edible Garden AG Incorporated (EDBL) ,a controlled environment agriculture (CEA) farming company Tuesday announced the appointment of Jon Gutoski as chief financial officer, effective August 17, 2026.

Gutoski, who joined the company in June as controller, succeeds Kostas Dafoulas, who had served as interim CFO since January 2024 and resigned on August 14 to pursue other interests.

Prior to joining Edible Garden, Gutoski held senior financial leadership positions, including serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Controller at NOW CFO from January 2025 to June 2026.

On the Nasdaq, shares of Edible Garden are currently losing 0.96 percent, changing hands at $1.5450.
