Energen Corp. Reports 26% Retreat In Q3 Bottom Line

(RTTNews) - Energen Corp. (EGN) reported earnings for third quarter that decreased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its earnings fell to $28.6 million, or $0.36 per share. This was down from $38.9 million, or $0.53 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 40.7% to $295.57 million. This was down from $498.51 million last year.
