Termination of CFO's Executive Board Membership
Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 000A40ESU3)), listed in the Prime Standard of Deutsche Börse AG, announces the following: Mr. Jan Teichert, the long-standing CFO, has informed the Supervisory Board that, at his own request and after 23 years of service to Einhell, he will not extend his contract, which is due to expire at the end of the year, for personal reasons, and will resign from his Executive Board position at the end of the year. The Supervisory Board deeply regrets Mr. Teichert's decision and, on behalf of Einhell, thanks him for his many years of extremely successful service. Mr. Teichert has contributed significantly to Einhell's great success over many years. He has played a key role in Einhell's strong position and the company's sustained successful development. The Supervisory Board will immediately initiate the search for a successor. Mr. Teichert will support this and remain available to Einhell until the end of the year to ensure an orderly transition.
