RIXX Invest AG Resolves Strategic Realignment - Transformation into Innovative Value-Add Investor

Berlin, 21 February 2025 12:15 CET: RIXX Invest AG, Kurfuerstendamm 194, 10707 Berlin, listed on the Open Market of Duesseldorf Stock Exchange (ISIN: DE000A3H2341), announces:

The Supervisory Board of RIXX Invest AG has unanimously resolved the strategic realignment of the company in its extraordinary meeting. RIXX Invest AG will transform from a pure oil and gas producer into an innovative value-add investor.

The new strategy is based on four business segments:

1. Further expansion of the existing oil and gas business in Texas (currently 40+ active wells)
2. Implementation of energy self-sufficient crypto mining utilising flare gas from own production sites
3. Development of a value-add real estate portfolio
4. Establishment of a venture capital segment

The implementation of the strategy commences immediately with the installation of the first mining containers at the production sites in Texas. Simultaneously, the systematic development of the new business segments in real estate and venture capital will begin.

The growth strategy shall be financed through a combination of traditional and innovative financing instruments.

The Management Board expects a significant increase in the company's earning power through the realignment, particularly due to synergy effects between the business segments and the cost-efficient utilisation of flare gas for crypto mining.
