The capital increase is resulting from (i) the exercise of stock options and redeemable warrants (BSAAR) as well as (ii) a private placement of 606,061 newly-issued shares on 29 June 2016.

The increase in voting rights is resulting from (i) the issue of new shares as specified under (5) and (ii) the issue of 1,000,000 class B beneficiary units.
