Five ITT Engineers Honored as Modern Day Technology Leaders

ITT Corporation congratulates five of its talented engineers who were recognized as "Modern Day Technology Leaders” at a special luncheon during the Black Engineer of the Year Awards (BEYA) Conference in Baltimore, Md. The ITT engineers were acknowledged for demonstrating excellence in engineering and the sciences.

ITT's honorees include:

• Marcus Arrington, a project manager/senior systems engineer and database manager at ITT’s Advanced Engineering and Sciences business
• Derrick Campbell, the technical lead for motion processing at ITT’s Space Systems Division
• Bruce Elliott, a design electrical engineer at ITT’s Space System Division
• Darius Fennell, an image scientist at ITT’s Space Systems Division
• William Reynolds, Jr., Ph.D, a senior staff image scientist and supervisor at ITT’s Space Systems Division

The "Modern Day Technology Leaders” were selected from hundreds of candidates in government, academia, and corporate America. They were singled out for their dynamic leadership styles, achievements in advancing access to technology, furthering technical literacy within their communities and for their exemplary role as mentors that help bolster the minority presence in the nation's technology sector.
