Fuel Tech Says Douglas Bailey To Be Executive Chairman, Effective April 1

(RTTNews) - Fuel Tech, Inc. (FTEK), a provider of advanced engineering solutions, said Douglas Bailey, who has served as Fuel Tech's President and CEO since April 1, 2010, and Chairman of the Board since January 1, 2010, will become Executive Chairman of the Board effective April 1.

In addition to performing his duties as Executive Chairman, Bailey will concentrate on major strategic opportunities for Fuel Tech, including the company's fuel conversion business development initiative.

Concurrently, Vincent Arnone, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2014, will succeed Bailey as President and CEO.

Arnone has also been appointed to Fuel Tech's Board of Directors. Both appointments are effective April 1.

Arnone's career with Fuel Tech began in May 1999 and he has held several roles of increasing responsibility.
