GAMCO Asset Management to Oppose Blank Check Preferred

GAMCO Asset Management Inc. announced today that it is voting the approximately 1 million Class A shares of Baldwin Technology (ASE: BLD) that it owns on behalf of its investment advisory clients FOR the three Class II Directors and AGAINST the amendment to the Restated Certificate of Incorporation to authorize a class of Serial Preferred Stock at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Baldwin Technology on November 13, 2007.
