(RTTNews) - Guidewire Software, Inc. (GWRE) Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $12.1 million, or $0.19 per share, compared to $3.5 million, or $0.06 per share in the comparable quarter last year.

Excluding items, adjusted net income for the quarter was $15.6 million or $0.25 per share, compared to $6.4 million or $0.10 per share in the prior year quarter.
