MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Hawkins, Inc. (Nasdaq:  HWKN), at its meeting on August 1, 2013, declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.36 per share payable October 4, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 20, 2013. This is the 28th consecutive year the Company has paid cash dividends since it first began paying out dividends in 1985.
