Hot Stuff Foods, LLC is proud to announce the acquisition of Lettieri’s, Inc., a manufacturer of ready-made food products. The acquisition is being funded by Hot Stuff management, Lettieri’s management and Allied Capital Corporation (NYSE:ALD).
