IDEAYA Biosciences Prices Underwritten Public Offering Of 7.62 Mln Shares At $10.50/shr

(RTTNews) - IDEAYA Biosciences Inc. (IDYA) said that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 7.62 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.50 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.

In addition, IDEAYA has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.14 million shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by IDEAYA, are expected to be approximately $80.0 million, excluding any exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares.

The offering is expected to close on or about September 19, 2022.
