Ingenico Group finalizes the acquisition of GlobalCollect

Ingenico Group, (Euronext: FR0000125346 - ING), global leader in seamless payment, today announced the final closing of the acquisition of GlobalCollect, a leading global online full service payment provider, after approval by the relevant regulatory and antitrust authorities.
  

This transaction puts Ingenico Group in a unique position with an unrivalled presence in 125 countries, connections to more than 1,000 banks and acquirers and acceptance of more than 250 traditional and alternative payment methods, from in-store terminals to on-line and mobile solutions (digital wallets, Apple Pay.).
