Isaac Angel Named CEO Of Ormat Tech. - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Ormat Technologies, Inc. (ORA), a geothermal company, has appointed Isaac Angel as its Chief Executive Officer, who would join the company on April 1, 2014 and assume the CEO role with effect from July 1, 2014. He would replace Yehudit (Dita) Bronicki, who announced her retirement in November after 50 years of service in the company. Bronicki would continue to serve as a Director of Ormat, in a non-executive capacity.

Angel spent 27 years in various positions at Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd., including as its President and Chief Executive, from February 1999 to November 2006, when it was puchased by VeriFone Holdings Inc.
