Jack Henry & Associates Increases Quarterly Dividend On Its Common Stock By Eleven Percent To $0.31 Per Share
MONETT, Mo., Feb. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ:JKHY) today announced its Board of Directors increased the quarterly cash dividend by eleven percent (11%) to $0.31 per share. The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, is payable on March 17, 2017, to stockholders of record as of March 2, 2017. At February 7, 2017, there were 77,629,679 shares of the common stock outstanding.

We established our dividend policy in 1990, and our dividend has increased every fiscal year since its inception.
