NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., Nov. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) today confirmed it is engaged in preliminary discussions with Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (SIX: ATLN) regarding a potential transaction.
