KB Home Acquires Land In Houston's Spring Branch Submarket

(RTTNews) - KB Home (KBH) Tuesday said it has acquired land for a new community called Hollister Commons in Houston's sought-after Spring Branch submarket.

Nestled inside the Beltway near the I-10 and Highway 290, this new Central West neighborhood will offer residents prime proximity to downtown Houston, the Energy Corridor.

KB Home plans to construct 44 single-family residences at Hollister Commons, with pricing expected to begin in the low $300,000s. The community is anticipated to open in the summer of 2015.

Hollister Commons homebuyers can select their specific lot location, floor plan and structural features.

KB homebuyers will work one-on-one with an expert design consultant at the KB Home Studio to select the various décor, technology, and sustainability-focused components that are included or can be incorporated in a KB home.

KB Home is currently open for new home sales at 30 communities throughout the Houston area, offering a variety of home designs, locations and pricing.
