Kilroy Realty Corporation Announces 11% Gain In Q2 Profit

(RTTNews) - Kilroy Realty Corporation (KRC) reported a profit for its second quarter that increased from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $82.72 million, or $0.86 per share. This was up from $74.82 million, or $0.82 per share, in last year's second quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.85 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 9.5% to $160.13 million. This was up from $146.23 million last year.
