Kilroy Realty Corporation Reports 20% Rise In Q3 Profit

(RTTNews) - Kilroy Realty Corporation (KRC) reported earnings for its third quarter that rose from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $88.54 million, or $0.92 per share. This was higher than $73.59 million, or $0.77 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.87 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 18.9% to $168.35 million. This was up from $141.55 million last year.
