Lamar Advertising Co. Q1 Profit Rises 17%

(RTTNews) - Lamar Advertising Co. (LAMR) released earnings for its first quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $92.34 million, or $0.95 per share. This was up from $78.88 million, or $0.82 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 11.9% to $338.53 million. This was up from $302.48 million last year.
