Lexington Realty Trust Earnings Retreat 19% In Q1

(RTTNews) - Lexington Realty Trust (LXP) revealed a profit for first quarter that dropped compared to the same period last year.

The company said its profit came in at $57.78 million, or $0.23 per share. This was lower than $71.76 million, or $0.29 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 13.6% to $96.10 million. This was down from $111.28 million last year.
