Lexington Realty Trust Profit Drops 3% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Lexington Realty Trust (LXP) announced earnings for third quarter that retreated compared to the same period last year.

The company said its earnings fell to $66.9 million, or $0.27 per share. This was lower than $68.7 million, or $0.28 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.26 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 1.1% to $105.44 million. This was down from $106.57 million last year.
