Lexington Realty Trust Profit Retreats 10% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Lexington Realty Trust (LXP) announced earnings for third quarter that declined compared to the same period last year.

The company said its profit came in at $60.70 million, or $0.25 per share. This was lower than $67.16 million, or $0.28 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 7.8% to $97.69 million. This was down from $105.98 million last year.
