Lexington Realty Trust Q2 Income Drops 28%

(RTTNews) - Lexington Realty Trust (LXP) released earnings for second quarter that declined compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line fell to $56.96 million, or $0.23 per share. This was lower than $79.14 million, or $0.32 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 19.6% to $87.57 million. This was down from $108.98 million last year.
