Lexington Realty Trust Q3 Earnings Climb 1%

(RTTNews) - Lexington Realty Trust (LXP) announced a profit for its third quarter that advanced compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $67.51 million, or $0.28 per share. This was up from $66.90 million, or $0.27 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 0.8% to $106.33 million. This was up from $105.44 million last year.
