Lexington Realty Trust Q4 Earnings Climb 5%

(RTTNews) - Lexington Realty Trust (LXP) released a profit for its fourth quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $69.58 million, or $0.29 per share. This was up from $66.26 million, or $0.27 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.26 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 1.1% to $106.63 million. This was down from $107.78 million last year.
