Littelfuse Announces Organizational Change
Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ/NGS:LFUS) today announced the appointments of
David W. Heinzmann, 43, as Vice President, Global Operations and Dieter
Roeder, 51, as Vice President & General Manager, Automotive Business
Unit.
In the newly created position of Vice President, Global Operations,
Heinzmann will be responsible for Littelfuse’s
manufacturing and supply chain groups for all three of the company’s
business units. Heinzmann joined Littelfuse in 1985 and has served in a
number of management roles, most recently as Vice President & General
Manager, Automotive Business Unit.

function will help strengthen Littelfuse’s
already strong operational execution. Dave’s
leadership abilities and extensive background in manufacturing and
operations, as well as his breadth of experience with Littelfuse, makes
him uniquely suited for this role,” said
Gordon Hunter, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Roeder succeeds Heinzmann as Vice President & General Manager,
Automotive Business Unit. In this position, he will be responsible for
executing on the business unit’s sales and
marketing strategies, developing new products and strengthening customer
relationships. Roeder joined Littelfuse in 2005 to lead the Automotive
Business Unit’s European sales team, based in
Germany.

automotive industry, having worked for several large global companies.
With his international perspective, Dieter will be an excellent addition
to our executive team,” said Hunter.
