LogMeIn CFO Jim Kelliher Quits, Edward Herdiech To Succeed

(RTTNews) - LogMeIn Inc (LOGM) said on Monday that its Chief Financial Officer Jim Kelliher has resigned to pursue an executive role at a Boston-area technology startup.

The company named Edward Herdiech as CFO and treasurer, effective January 15 2015. Herdiech, who joined LogMeIn in 2006, currently serves as senior vice president of finance and principal accounting officer.

Kelliher, who has served as CFO since May 2006, will assist Herdiech during the transition.

LogMeIn provides cloud-based collaboration, IT management, and customer service offerings to address the multi-device security, management, and accessibility requirements of the new mobile workplace.
